Why our cafe is so special...
 We have a variety of fare and are sensitive and respectful to all eaters...vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free,
dairy-free, carnivore...We serve Grounds
for Change coffee, organic fair trade shade grown. Our eggs are organic, free range, vegetarian fed
Our chicken is antibiotic free and hormone free. Our beef , ham and bacon is Niman Ranch and Northeast
Family Farms--all natural (no nitrates), no antibiotics, no hormones, vegetarian fed & humanely raised on environmentally
sustainable ranches. Vegetarian fare is always cooked in a pure environment--meat is cooked on our char grill. And
for Vegan folks we have the Divine Burger, of course, and organic soy milk and creamer as well as Earth
Balance vegan spread on hand and our homeade organic pesto is vegan! All of our bread is vegan- Borealis
from Maine (organic aroostick wheat , rye, oat and multi grain). Our muffins and cranberry-orange cookies are vegan
too, and we also have fabulous chocolate chip cookies made with Ghiradelli chips, yum!
 Nourish the body, Respect the Earth... ...we do this by offering delicious, wholesome fare and by recycling, reusing, &
composting. All of our to-go containers are made from recycled materials and most are compostable—we
even tested them in our compost! We use only fresh ingredients and if they come in a can, we make sure that they do not contain chemical
additives, preservatives or food dye!
